• Digital products are delivered immediately via download/email.

1. Digital Delivery

Since our products are delivered via digital download, there is no "shipping" or physical "return." Upon successful purchase, you will receive immediate access to the content via  an email link.

2. Return Window & Cost

• Return Window: Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, we generally do not offer a return window.

• Return Cost: As there is no physical shipping involved, there are £0 return costs.

• 30-Day Cooling-Off Period & Statutory Rights In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving a reason. However, by downloading or accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to waive your 14-day right to cancel. We will confirm this consent at the point of purchase.

3. Refund Policy

We stand behind our products, but since they are irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

• Exceptions: We will consider refund requests only under the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery: If you do not receive the download link due to a technical issue on our end.

  • Major Defects: If the file is corrupted or does not perform as advertised (and we are unable to fix it).
