Educated at preparatory school in Sydney, Australia, and at Chesham Grammar School in Buckinghamshire, I began a successful corporate career before discovering my true calling in 2004 — education. I began my teaching career by earning a PGCE with QTS through the renowned Thames Primary Consortium. While serving as a Headteacher, I completed a Master of Education at the University of Buckingham (Distinction), with research on educational leadership and goal-setting frameworks that is publicly indexed with a DOI and informs the TutorElite methodology. I also served as a member of the Independent Schools Association for seven years.
